Harriet Miers and Her Place in History

Harriet Miers, if confirmed by the Senate, will take her place in history as the third woman to be appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

However, as Atrios has pointed out, Miers already has a pretty significant place in history: She was the one who handed Bush the infamous "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S." memo (above) just a few weeks before bin Laden determinedly struck the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

That made me start to wonder: How many more "historic" BushCo events has Miers been a part of? Well, you'd be surprised.
